Mpange Chapeshamano has over 21 years in the marketing and advertising environment.

Mpange’s experience spans from category management, advertising and promotions management, sales and distribution, strategy formulation, account management, information technology through to radio and television.

Some of the companies he has worked for include, Ogilvy South Africa as Managing Director of Africa Red, South African Breweries, New Clicks South Africa (DiSCOM Brand), Lowe and Partners, Joe Public and Traffic Integrated Marketing, working across brands such as DStv, Channel O, M-Net, SuperSport, Unilever Personal Care (Axe, Shield, OMO, Lifebuoy, Geisha), Metropolitan, LVMH, Castle Milk Stout, Peroni, Miller, Anglo American and ATNS.

Mpange is passionate not only about Africa but also about bringing ideas to life, understanding consumers across the continent, gaining insights and diving deep into marketing to the African consumer in a meaningful way.
