Bankole Cardoso, Easy Taxi Nigeria Founder and MD

Bankole Cardoso is the Managing Director and founder of Easy Taxi Nigeria.

Cardoso was born and raised in Lagos before attending Boston College where he studied Business Management, majoring in accounting.

Cardoso started his career at Price WaterhouseCoopers in New York City where he became certified and then moved on to the Carlyle Group in New York. After studying and working abroad for 12 years, he had a burning desire to move back home permanently to pursue an entrepreneurial endeavor where he could also make an impact in Nigeria.

Cardoso is an entrepreneur vast in the areas of transportation and consumer Internet. Prior to Easy Taxi he worked in the Global Market Strategies group of The Carlyle Group in New York. He also worked as a Senior Associate at PWC where he was certified as a Public Accountant (CPA).

Cardoso was recently listed on Forbes as one of the 30 most promising African entrepreneurs under age 30.
Cardoso has a passion for development and is driven by the potential to create high impact companies in emerging economies that inspires people around him.
